Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products

At Mōzāik Candle Co., all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify, photographic proof of the damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
